~ Submissions should be the same format as contest submissions in size, and preferably should NOT have watermarks and/or borders. (Click HERE for guidelines - just put "Images for View" in the email subject line instead)
~ If the submitting photographer would like to include text in the presentation, it can be included in the body of the email when they submit the photo(s). Text works best if it is 80 characters (or less), including spaces, and can be whatever the presenter desires, such as;
o Name for Photo;
o Date taken;
o Camera settings;
o Special editing, or;
o Other text of their choosing~ Additionally, for those members that have not yet done so, it is requested that you send in a photo of yourself that will be used in the presentation to identify each photographer. This can also be a large format photo that we may scale down or crop.
