For the upcoming 2006/2007 season, FCC well be able to include on a consistent basis digital images. As promised by the DLP Review Committee we have procured the Sharp 20X as presented during the AGM.
At the first meting of the season, date's to be announced shortly. A Contest Guideline well be presented to the club, for both slide and digital. Monitor Calbration image's are now available.

Sandpiper Photo Contest
The "Sandpiper Photo Contest" takes place in Dorchester July 28-30. The prizes and awards will be presented at about 3:30 p.m. on 30 July 2006 following the counting of all ballots cast by the visitors during the 3 days.
- $100.00 plus a certificate for the image that receives the most votes in each of the film/slide and digital categories. Plus a special presentation with the winner’s permission.
- $50.00 plus a certificate for the images that receive the second most votes in each category.
- Certificates to those entries that finish 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th in each category.
